Refund policy
6 months warranty from receipt. If any defect occurs during shipping or misuse, we will send you a replacement in your next order. If more than 1% defective, all defective products will be returned for replacement. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the seller is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the replacement. Accidental damage or damage due to wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
1. Customers provide evidence: send us the pictures and videos of the defective products, and provide the details of the problem.
2. The customer counts the quantity of defective products.
3. Our engineer department/QC department/production department analyze the problem and find out the solution.
4. If the problem is caused by our improper production, our company will send a replacement for the defective product in the next order. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the seller is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the replacement.
